Availability Checks

Check for existing broadband and availabile products

Check which products are available on a CLI or address. The availability checker will tell you what speeds the phone number or address can expect to acheive. The checker currently supports Copper broadband, FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) and FTTP (Fibre to the Premises). Later releases will also suport G.Fast.


 
 

Dashboard

High level visibility of where your orders are, how many in-flight orders you have and easy access to search

Google Map's pin points where your orders are, allowing you to spot trends such as strong and weak sales areas. Details of any broadband major service outages inform you of issues you may need to know about for support purposes. Easy access to both the availability checker and the ESS search tool.


 

Service Detail

View customer details and technical information for your connections

View product details and customer details for your ESS connections. From the point of order, technical details of a connection are availble so you can configure equipment for your end customer at any time.


 


 

 

Diagnostic Tools

Save time and offer easy troubleshooting to your customers by running your own diagnostic tests


 You are now able to help troubleshoot customer problems by running your own diagnostic tests. Customer's will feel they are in good hands rather than dealing with a middle man. Test you can run include:

- RADIUS Logs
- Connection Status (PPP Session)
- Sync status and speed
- Fibre service test
- Line profile information


 

Powerful Search

Find your orders easily using different search terms


 You can search by CLI, postcode, order reference and cutomer name. The search function is available from the front page or on the menu bar on the left hand side of every other page. You are never more 1 click away from search, increasing responsiveness to customer calls. The search results let you jump stright into diagnostics, order details or technical details in order to offer a streamlined experience.
